  • CBRC fee-based consulting services started 12/02/19
  • CBRC received CES grant from Caltech 01/31/20
    • Goal: Develop bioinformatics infrastructure to host genomic and transcriptomic tracks generated from non-model organisms.See jellyfish as an example
  • CBRC received Rosen grant from Caltech 05/11/20
    • Goal: Integrate drosophila epigenomic and transcriptomic data to understand gene regulatory network.
  • CBRC received Chen grant from Caltech 12/05/22
    • Goal: Customized drosophila single-cell RNA-seq pipeline development and data analysis.
